Matthew J. Kolodziej graduated from the George Washington University Law School in 2007 and was admitted to the New York bar in 2008. He is also a member of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. He has experience with employment-based and family-based visa applications, consular visa processing, and immigration litigation before the Immigration Courts and the U.S. Court of Appeals.
