Attorney Ana T. Jacobs

Our founder, Ana T. Jacobs, is a distinguished attorney who has practiced in immigration law for twelve years. Before that, she worked for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees where she was responsible for helping refugees apply for and obtain visas. Among her many accomplishments, Ms. Jacobs has argued and won a precedent-setting immigration case in federal court, she is a associate recipient of the 1981 Noble Peace Prize, and she was awarded the 1999 Human Rights Achievement Award for Outstanding Contribution to the Hispanic Community.
