NEWS

Ana Jacobs recently won an important precedent setting case before the Board of Immigration Appeals that requires ICE prosecutors to submit certified records of conviction when they are charging an alien with removability based on a criminal matter. This case is helping many aliens to challenge their removability based on faulty records of conviction submitted by ICE prosecutors.

Mr. Velasquez was released from ICE incarceration and is now back with his wife and children as a Legal Permanent Resident.
